1.

The formula of a slope:

m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

We have the points (0, 7) and (-5, 0). substitute:

m=(0-7)/(-5-0)=(-7)/(-5)=(7)/(5)

2.

y-intercept=7

3.

The slope-intercept form

y=mx+b

m - slope

b - y-intercept

We have
m=(7)/(5),\ b=7

Substitute:

y=(7)/(5)x+7
