Read the stanza from "A Psalm of Life" by Henry Wadsworth Longfellow:

Not enjoyment, and not sorrow,
Is our destined end or way;
But to act, that each tomorrow
Find us farther than today.
Which is the best summary of this stanza?

We're not destined to be happy or sad.

We shouldn't focus too much on happiness or sadness, but just live to the fullest.

With each new day, we get closer to death.

We should plan carefully for tomorrow.
