`f(x)=-5^(x)-4` or
`f(x)=-5^(x-4)`

for this problem, I will use
`f(x)=-5^(x)-4`

`(f+g)(x)=f(x)+g(x)=`

`-5^(x)-4-3x-1=`

`-5^(x)-3x-5`
