Does eating well only affect your physical health?

no because you know that if you eat healthy you will get big and strong and healthy. all of these feelings give you confidence witch will produce oxytocin

No, it can effect your mental health as well.

For example, you eat all this fattening food and gain weight. Then you get embarassed about how big you are, and could eventually develop an eating disorder, or body dismorphia.
