You should rule out B and C since they are the same answer.
The slope is going down 3 and right 2 which is -3/2. At 0, x = -1 so you have to find out which equation A or D equals -1 if you plug in 0 for x.
Therefore you find that A is the answer.

in slope-intercept form, it's y = -3/2x - 1
