I makes the victim feel very self conscious and insecure.

So a negative outcome on bullying could be...

1. It dose not help the bully or the person they are bullying

2. It shows other people that bullying can be ok

3. It makes other people feel insecure

All though i do not under stand which class this was for i am happy to help :)
