The slope-intercept form:

y=mx+b

m - slope

b - y-intercept

We have the slope
m=-3\to y=-3x+b

and point (4, 2). Substitute:

2=-3(4)+b

2=-12+b add 12 to both sides

14=b\to b=14

Answer:
y=-3x+14
