Some of the hardest words in the english language are verbs. If the verb was happening in the past you'd end them in -ing or -ed (running, ran is unique it's the past tense of run) if they are gong to happen in the future you should put "will" before it "She will go to the shop" if it's currently happening just say "She is running" is<< key word
