Option A is incorrect

Because though cleavage furrow cytokinesis takes place in animal and algal cell only.

Option B is correct , because plant has cell wall that surrounds the plasma membrane of plant cells.

Option C is correct, Plant have hyper tonic large vacuole which take up to 50% of plant volume in later stage of their life. These vacuole are at high pressure and exerts pressure outward making the outer walls strong and stiff.

Option D: chloroplasts

In plants , chloroplasts convert energy of sun into sugars , which is later on used by cell.
