Why can't penguins fly?

Because they are to heavy and dont have wings

penguins can not fly because of there wings they are more like flippers so they are best used for swimming. But penguins can fly in the water they can swim/fly in the water at a very high speed and water is 900 times denser to the air so it is a lot of work
