A biome is a region that is made up of many different ecosystems.

An ecosystem is the interaction of living and non-living things in an environment that affect an organism.

A biome is the large scale community of organisms shaped by common environmental conditions. An ecosystem is the INTERACTION of the organsims and their physical environment. Hope this helps
