-3(1-3x)+2x first use distributive property then combine like terms to simplify each expression

We have to multiply the number in front of the parentheses with each expression inside the parentheses:

-3 + 9x + 2x

And then combine all the terms which are similar (so all that have “x” in them, for example):

-3 + 11x

And that’s it :)
