It's the 3rd one
w=3z+2

because if z=0
w=3×0 +2= 0+2 =2
and if z=1
w=3×1 +2 = 3+2=5

The slope-intercept form:

y=mx+b

m - slope

b - y-intercept → (0, b)

We have the point (0, 2). Therefore we have y-intercept 2 → b = 2.

The equation of the line is: w = mz + 2.

We have next point (1, 5). Substitute the coordinates of the point to the equation of the line:

5=1m+2 subtract 2 from both sides

3=m\to m=3

Answer: w = 3z + 2
