My answer: Plate tetonics theory is the idea that different tectonic plates, are constantly moving and changing the surface of our Earth. They can move in three ways, convergent, divergent, and transform. Seafloor Spreading is like an example of divergent movement. When the plates diverge from each other it can create various changes such as creating a new sea floor. You can use seafloor spreading as an example of the plate tetonics theory.
