The vertex form:

y=a(x-h)^2+k

The standard form:

y=ax^2+bx+c

y=a(x-h)^2+k\qquad\text{use}\ (a-b)^2=a^2-2ab+b^2\\\\y=a(x^2+2xh+h^2)+k\qquad\text{use distributive property}\ a(b+c)=ab+ac\\\\y=ax^2+2ahx+ah^2+k
