D)leadership of a political party

The president has the power to veto a bill or law presentd by the house and senate, command the armed forces, ask for the written opinion of their Cabinet, convene or adjourn Congress, grant reprieves and pardons, and receive ambassadors. They do not in the constitution, be the leadership of a political party.

Nowaday's A president CAN be the leadership of a political party though!
