The Jamestown settlers and Pilgrims were alike. Both groups were English Settlements, they had encounters with natives, they learned how to hunt new animals, build homes, and grow corn. The Jamestown settlers and Pilgrims were different. Jamestown settlers were not Pilgrims seeking religious freedom.
