If muscle weight 90 pounds, how much does the person weigh?

It depends, you can't solve without the amount of fat. The amount of fat would be a variable in the equation, but so is the weight, as it is also unknown. The equation would be something close to:

90 + x = y
since there are 2 variables and 1 coefficient, the equation is unsolvable.
