A = 4624π in² and A ≈ 14519.36 in²

The area (A) of a circle is

A = πr² ( r is the radius )

here diameter = 136 ⇒ r =
(136)/(2) = 68 in

A = π × 68² = 4624π in² ( exact value )

using π ≈ 3.14

A = 3.14 × 68² ≈ 14519.36 in² ( approximate value )
