What is the main difference muscle cells and nerve cells?

The difference between the two cells is that muscle cells, as opposed to nerve cells, are responsible for the contraction and the relaxation of muscles, while the nerve cells are accountable for the coordination of functions as well as the transmission of informarion rom the brain throughtout the body.
