Prokaryotes are the organisms that are unicellular which means they are made up of only one cell. As they are made up of only single cells which are mostly microscopic in size therefore they can not be seen by naked eyes.

So all most all the organisms that we can see without a microscope are multicellular and are eukaryotes. Even single eukaryotic cell is so much small that we require a microscope to see it but multicellular organisms that can be seen are made up of thousands of these cells, therefore, they can be seen by naked eyes.

So the false option is- It is made of prokaryotic cells.
