Mali Empire was located in West Africa and lasted between 1230 and 1670. Around 1610, Mahmud Keita IV died. No oen from the Keita dynasty managed to rule after him and this resulted in the disolution of the Mali Empire.

Out of the options proposed only Mali and Ghana were empires located ofn West Africa. On the other hand, Etiophia is located on East Africa. The Hutu is an ethnic group, which has never conformed an empire, they were the perpetrators of the genocide in Rwanda.
