How was the conflict surrounding the election of 1824 finally settled

I believe it would be corrupt bargain.

In the election, nobody got the required votes to become president. 4 people ran and it seemed that either 2 of the 4 were to win. John Quincy Adams and Andrew Jackson. The other two candidates knew they weren't going to win and it was settled in congress. If and when an election happens and nobody gets the electoral votes needed congress votes for the next president. So that happened and most of congress were Quincy Adams friendly. Andrew Jackson thought it was unfair and his supporters called it corrupt bargain.
