One student thought two to the third power was equal to six what mistake do you think they made and how would you help them fix their mistake? EXPLAIN.

They multiplied 2×3 it would be 2×2×2 Remember that when you do that it's the number multiplied by how many to the ___ power. Example 2 to the fifth power is 2×2×2×2×2.

they had the idea that two to the third power was 2 times 3 but is acually 2 x 2 x 2 which equals to 8 :/
