The one who is not a philosopher is John Winthrop. Option D is correct.

John Winthrop was a polititian and he was the first governor of the Massachusetts Bay Colony (New England) and remained being so from 1631 to 1648. He was a fervent puritan and he envisioned this colony based on his religius beliefs. He died in 1649 (age 61) in Boston, United States.
