DNA TRANSCRIPTION- the membrane allows movement of the mRNA molecule from the nucleus (via the nuclear membrane and into the cytoplasm)

Lysosomes - these are modified and packaged at the golgi apparatus, then excreted to the cytoplasm where they travel to the cell surface membrane to release the waste
