The American Revolution, had happened because Americans decided to split from britain for their unfair taxes. Eventually Americans and Britains were in a stand off. No one wanted to shoot though. One (in confusion, and don't know if it was britain or Americans) shot in confusion, and that was shot was called "The shot heard around the world." That's how the american revolution had started.
