Describe actions to take if the behaviour and movement of others hinders an individual ability to sleep

if you are still, comfortable and quiet you can fall asleep very quickly. if you are in an enviorment that is loud and stressful, you will find yourself uncomfortable, so you'll toss and turn, who knows when you'll be able to sleep.
