The answer is: concise.

Technical documents, like instruction manuals, for example, need to make use of a direct, literal, clear, concise, neutral and objective form of language in order to secure that the message, purpose, intention, or meaning of the text is conveyed as quickly and efficiently as possible. The opposite of a concise text would be a redundant, repetitive, and obscure text.
