A nation that avoids entering into any international agreements is pursuing policies of isolationism. This is, when a country declines any involvement in any foreign alliances, or economic commitments. Generally a country that adopts this policy or doctrine advocates to one´s country´s development and tries to remain at peace with any other nation by avoiding entanglements with other nations.
