I recently got done reading the whole Hunger Games series, although it was after I watched the movies. Because of this I knew generally what was going to happen, although it was still super intense. If I dont think about previous knowledge or opinions and just read I get absorbed in the story. My heart was racing and I could vividly imagone the scenery, cannons, screams, smells, sights. It was almost as if I was experiencing that same adrenaline. If you couldnt tell, I really love reading, and think this was a great series. But thats just my personal opinion and experience.
