The meaning of action is to do something to change the state of a thing, wheter if it is voluntary or involuntary, it could be by thinking, acting, deciding or saying something.
When doing action the person, animal or thing changes the situation and this action can take to solve the problem or doing it worse, this is when the person must think the action that will do before start solving the problem.
