we are given a relation

R={(-2,6), (1,8) , (3,4), (-3,8) , (c,d)}

We know that any relation is a function when it does not have same input value for two different output values

we will verify each options

option-A:

(-3,5)

We have (-3,8)

which means have same input (-3) but different output(5 and 8)

so, this is FALSE

option-B:

(-2,8)

We have (-2,6)

which means have same input (-2) but different output(6 and 8)

so, this is FALSE

option-C:

(1,-8)

We have (1,8)

which means have same input (1) but different output(- and 8)

so, this is FALSE

option-D:

(3,4)

We have (3,4)

which means have same input (3) and also has same output (4)

so, this is TRUE
