The answer is 'Espionage Act'. It was a federal law of 1917, created to prohibit interference in military operations, recruitment, and enemies during wartime. Received amendments, which prohibited some forms of speech, including "any disloyal, profane, scurrilous, or abusive language about the form of government of the United States", and because of that received criticism by compromising freedom of press.
