the Spanish-American War was not a war with aggression, or with imperialism. America did not set up colonies or American governments which resulted in war. the USA sent the warship to Spain Savannah Harbor to intimidate the Spanish to recognizing their efforts reference for democracy can Independents and Cuban people.
