The Yellow Power Movement of the 1960s sought to end:

2. Employment discrimination against asian americans.

When Asian Americans saw African Americans "Black Power" movement against institutional racism, they began to question their own story and reality. They realised they had been segregated from american society in many ways, but principally this discrimination forced them to do servil works while were publicaly labeled as a "prosper minority" of "businessmen, merchants or professionals".

The Yellow Power movement also fought to introduce ethnic studies in universities and the end of Vietnam war.
