King Zhou was one of the great kings of Shang dynasty of China. He reigned from 1075 BC to 1046 BC. He had a vast Empire and controlled his Empire by fallowing measures :

1. He placed family members in charge of some important regions.

2. He gave some territory to feuds as well.

3. He placed some territory in charge of his most trustworthy people.
