Apply the lens to me, means that everybody has different thoughts or points of view. It means that independently of what we are trying to say or communicate, everybody has a different opinion or thought.
Gender filter is when we change our behaviour or perspective depending in the gender of the other person.
Cultural filter is when our interpretations of others is based on our cultural influences.
