How did Dutch policies in new Netherland undermine support for dutch rule

Some problems were present. One of them was the insufficiency of the budget designated for the Policy's programmes, which resulted in many colonial officials becoming disillusioned of achieving lasting progress. Also the educational programmes were not significant. Many in the colonial stablishment considered Ethnical Policy a mistake and didn´t serve Duth interests.
