Do you think that governments should place a 'sin tax' on sodas to discourage people from drinking them? Why or why not? Explain in complete sentences.

No, the government should not place taxes on any certain item to persuade us away from using them. Cigarettes, our choice, and sodas, beers, our choice. in certain states, marijuana, our choice. it's up to us, not the government.

No, people have their own freedoms. we should be allowed to drink legal beverages as we please. a sin tax would be unneeded as to prevent health issues.
