According to table :
a_1= -1.

a_2= 1

a_3= 3

a_4=5.

Now, we can find common difference, : second term - first term = 1-(-1) = 1+1=2.

We know formula for a recursive sequance of an arithmetic sequence is

a_n=a_(n-1)+d, where n is the number of term and d is the common difference.

If we plug d=2 in that formula, we would get

a_n=a_(n-1)+2.

Therefore, correct option is second
a_n=a_(n-1)+2 option.
