In my opinion, I think parents should learn a thing or two about parenting. You can say that some parents aren't eligible to parent. 3 in 10 teen girls will get pregnant at least once before age 20. That's nearly 750,000 teen pregnancies every year. Being a parent at a young age provides serious attention. Parents probably should take parenting classes after all.
