How did religion play a role in the development of Nazi Germany?

It played a role on between the Jews and the Nazis...Annelies Marie Frank, famously known as Anne Frank (June 12, 1929,- February 1945) was a perfect example... she wrote a diary about how Jews killed and punished people. She was taken to Bergen-Belsen concentration camp where she died from Typhus fever.

Religion played a role in Nazi Germany but as with so many other aspects of life in the state, religion became the ‘property’ of the government with the introduction of the Reich Church.
