Which of the following is the commonly accepted form?

Its A. This is the correct answer because the only diffrence is that one sentence has an apostrophes. With years apostrophes are never or hardly used. So it would knock A out which also knocks C out so your correct answer is B. Hope this helps!!!!

The answer would be

A. I haven't seen this much hairspray since the 1980s.

There is no apostrophe.
