Stretching makes your body more flexible, and ready for your workout.


When you stretch you basically prepare your body for a workout.


If you stretch daily you'll see improvements daily after exercising.


Also in some cases if you stretch daily before workouts the less sore you'll be.


Stretching is very important, even though once you first start out you may be store but it's worth it. If you don't stretch you may possibly hurt yourself, and be in pain for a while.
