The federal judicial system promotes the constitutional principle of rule of law by ensuring that the laws passed by congress are fairly applied to all citizens

Under the Constitutional principle of rule of law all individuals, institutions and organizations ( either private or public), as well as the State itself, are accountable to laws. Regardless ethnicity and social status of a person, everybody is entitled to receive equal treatment of the law.
