How does food cooked in a frying pan have anything to do with kinetic energy?

um I believe its heat transfer, or something called ligma.

Kinetic energy is energy in movement. So I'm guessing that its you moving the food around to cook it, or the molecules inside the food heating up, making the molecules move more and more.
