That’s called a chemical reaction
- evidence of a chemical reaction is colour change or gas formed or precipitate (change of state) or an odour is detected

The physical property of the substance is different from the substances beforehand, for example, at room temperature, hydrogen and oxygen are gases, but together when they form water, it is liquid at room temperature.
