The way you answer this is by dividing and the result will be posotive because a negative divided by a negative is a posotive answer. You must also consider how many numners are behind the decimal point since they will help you in finding your answer by counting that number of spaces to put in your answer. In this case we have 2 numbers behind so we move 2 decimals forward in our answer.
