Answer:

In plants only: May produce seeds, can photosynthesize

In fungi only: heterotrophic, may have aseptate hyphae

In Both: can absorb nutrients from the soil, may have rhizomes, have cell walls

Step-by-step explanation:

Plants are unicellular organism that reproduces using seeds as it performes sexual mode of reproduction. Plants are autotrophic in nature and make food using sunlight, carbon dioxide and water

The fungi absorbs nutrition from the other organism and performs heterotrophic mode of nutrition and have aseptate hyphae.

Plants and fungi both absorbs the nutrients from soil and contain cell wall. The cell wall of plants is made of cellulose and in fungi it is made of chitin.
